Steps to make a good Physique

1)Join a gym or buy necessary equipments:-


So the numer one thing you need to buy necessary equipments  or join a gym if you are buying I recommend you to join gym rather then buying home equipments as that will be way costlier but if you are buying home equipments so here are the things which you literally need a dumbell, plates,barbell or rod, bench and resistance band.


2) Make a Workout Plan 



After buying equipments or joining gym the next thing you need to make a workout plan there are plenty of sources in internet but first you have to determine your goal whether you want to lose weight or you want to gain muscles or you want to gain weight it depends on your goal that how will your workout will be decided.

3) Make a diet Plan 


No matter how much workout you do if you don't take good amount of nutrients there will be no results for just remember dieting is not a difficult thing rather it's one of the easy thing you just have to take proper protein, vitamins, carbohydrates,healthy fats.

4)Check you results 

Last but not the least is that you have to check your results time to time but remember everything takes time don't get disappointed just give yourself a time that hardwork you need and appreciate yourself.
